Paul Westmacott (CEO, Producer and Editor)
Paul has participated in a variety of different projects as a producer, cameraman and editor. He has been recognized and praised in the film world for a number of important documentaries including the award-winning "Juvies" (www.juvies.net).  A wealth of important people came together to work on “Juvies” including: Mark Wahlberg, Mos Def and John Densmore.

Paul also worked on the very first Survivor in Malaysia and has worked for many high profile companies such Sony, CBS, Fox Studios and Buena Vista Television Company. He has a Masters in Fine Arts for Film Production. Currently, he is working on two significant documentaries along with his work at Paradigm Pictures.

Michael Gillis (VP of Operations and Producer)
Michael has owned his own production company in Los Angeles for over ten years (www.mogomedia.com).  He produces documentaries and develops narrative feature film screenplays for major studio clients such as Columbia, Sony and MGM.  He has interviewed a variety of interesting people in Hollywood including Bill Murray, Tom Cruise, Stephen King and Ivan Reitman. Michael’s expertise as a producing partner helps to ensure the right materials and resources are in place to deliver a powerful and provocative piece.

We also have a collection of experienced cameramen, sound engineers and editors who make up this cohesive unit. This team is exceptional in all aspects of filmmaking and is happy to supply resumes and demonstration videos of their own personal work.
